YOGA YULE TIDINGS- WINTER SOLSTICE CELEBRATION

When: Wednesday 18th December 5.45pm

What: Yoga and Yule Log!

- Come and celebrate the true deep winter, nurture yourself just beore christmas, finding some calm amoungst the christmas chaos, unwind, soften, and find some physical and mental strength for the festivities:

- 80 mins of yoga (strong energising flow followed by slower stretchy poses) to salute the incoming longer daylight hours

- finishing off copious amounts of chocolate yule log to eat in and/ ir take home with a Christmas chai spiced mulled cider cheer (or chai tea)!
