Summer Soltice Yoga

5.30pm - roughly 8-8.30pm 

1.5 hours of movement followed by community sharing picnic where everyone brings something we can share, ticket will include a feasty Hazlebury KItchen solstice inspired pudding. I will provide any plates/ crockery etc. Yoga is about union, connection and community so it seems a nice idea to come together and share our feast! More details about the sharing picnic will be sent out to those who book. 

The yoga flow will be either under a tent or under the sky in the meadows at my parents farm depending on weather! 

Optional swim afterwards if you would like.
